Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How to Request a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process if the order has not yet been shipped.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment and payment has already been made online, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
